コンテンポラリーダンスを主に、モダンバレエ、クラシックバレエ、基本的なストレッチやトレーニング指導、フットコンディショニング等、振付または体の使い方を学ぶ、インプロビゼーションのクラスなどをしたいと思っています。個人個人に合ったレッスン、ダンスがもっと好きになる小さな出会いのプラットフォームにしたいと思っています！ダンスを通して出会う色んな世界や身体の可能性、ワクワク、美しさ、オンラインでも様々なことを精一杯共有できたら嬉しいです。
幼少期からモダンバレエを始め、芸術高校でコンテンポラリーダンスを学んだのち、カナダの学校に留学。コンテンポラリーダンサーとして国内外問わず様々な振付家の作品やプロジェクトに参加、自身も絵を描いたりコラボレーション企画をするなど芸術の垣根を越えての活動をしている。
